Questions
- Do I need to provide photos?
- Not necessarily. If you have product or behind-the-scenes shots, great — we’ll use them. If not, we design with graphics, stock, and your brand assets, and can guide you on quick phone shots that work.
- Which platforms do you create for?
- Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok are our current offerings, and we size everything for wherever you post.
- Is there a contract?
- No long-term lock-in. It’s a simple month-to-month arrangement — stay because it’s working, not because you’re trapped.
- How do revisions work?
- When a batch arrives, you have five days to request changes — one revision per post. Flag what you’d like different and we rework it before anything goes live.
- How fast do I get my content?
- After you purchase and finish your brand profile, your first batch lands in about 10 days. Approve (or revise), then we schedule and post for you. After that, a new drop arrives on the same monthly cadence.
